We offer a magnitude of affordable cost effective ways to have a Recycling Event.

You Run it (Good)
You supply the boxes and trucks, staff, and transport all recyclable items to us.

You run it with our help (Better)
We supply the boxes and we will supply the truck after the event finishes for removal.

We run it (Best)
We supply the supplies, trucks, and staff.

​You set the standards!

• Do you accept tvs?
  • Does the customer pay?
  • Does the event host pay?
  • Does the event host have a max limit in mind?
    • Not to exceed $3,000 (example)

 

• How long will the event last?
  • We do ask that you do a minimum of 4hrs
    • If you are close to the warehouse we can do less than 4hrs
  • We can do all day events
    • Max of 8hrs
    • Between 11-1 staff will rotate out for lunches
    • A company vehicle will be onsite so staff can leave for lunch

 

• How many trucks are needed?
  • Base this off previous years
  • If unsure give us a count of how many people came in previous years
  • If this is your first event give us your best guess on turnout and we can figure it out
    • If you are within a 30 min drive we can always dispatch another truck out
    • If you are over 30 min drive we may ask a staff member to run a truck back to the warehouse

 

• How many people do you need from us to staff the event?
  • There is one driver per truck plus one helper
  • We send 2 staff members per truck this allows for both staff members to have personal space for personal items (lunch boxes, coolers (for beverages), event supplies (shrink wrap, tape, ect)
    • Each truck can transport 3 staff members but is tight fit​
