The committee has chosen to leave all changes to the Health and Safety policy in place from July of 2021. Meetings have continued but nothing urgent to post.

Staff Illness
All surfaces and vehicles will be cleaned daily until the staff member returns to work.

Severe Weather, Loss of Power, First-Aid and fire were reviewed at the meeting.
Severe Weather
Over viewed building layout and found safest spot in case a shelter in place is needed.
Power Loss
All interior doors will get a strip of glow in the dark tape as the top of the door leading them out to common areas in the case power is loss. All workstations will be equip with a flashlight.
First-Aid
Main First-Aid kit will be located in the Breakroom/Kitchen. Each workstation will be equip with its own mini First-Aid kit.

Came up with a central meeting spot outside the building to make sure everyone is/was accounted for.
