We are here to serve small businesses where a full IT department isn't needed. We are available on a as needed basis or just for monthly maintenance. Some services can be done remotely but having us onsite is always better. Prices go on a client by client basis 

Our as needed package consists of

• Windows Updates
• Windows Major Updates
• New Software Deployment
• New PC configuration to work with the rest of the computers on network

Our Basic monthly maintenance package consists of

• Windows Updates
• Windows Major Updates
• Malware/Virus Scan
• This service is done off site via secure remote access software. 
• This is done after hours to prevent down time during the work day.

Our Premium monthly maintenance package consists of

• Windows Updates
• Windows Major Updates (twice a year)
• Remove unneeded programs (twice a year)
• New Software Deployment
• Malware/Virus Scan
• Backup of each PC (twice a year)
  • We or customer will supply the backup Computer to back up each pc to. We will configure this pc for you. Configuration will vary by client and amount of computers needing to be backed up
    • A backup of a pc consists of taking a snapshot of the entire computer hard drive (including windows) this allows for a pc to be rebuilt the quickest in the case of a failure.
• This service is done on site 
• This is recommended to be done after hours during the week or on a Saturday.
