This allows us to come to your home to troubleshoot the problem. This is usually the best when you are having problems when your computer isn't connecting to the internet and printing to a printer or when there if too much to bring to us.

We offer remote support for consumer as a way to help them when the problem is not hardware related. Give us a call and we can help remotely if the problem is not to serious. Or at least patch the problem until you return for us to diagnose the problem further. Remote support give the client and customer a piece of mind that we go above and beyond to help them even when they aren't in our shop. Secure remote access software is used.
