Any item that is recycled through us is evaluated to determine the best outcome. Once the best outcome is chosen the item is either parted out or refurbished. If the item is chosen for being refurbished it goes and gets tested and cleaned. If the item is chosen to be parted out then the item gets broken down and the parts get sorted into there proper bins for disposal.
All CRT monitors and Televisions that are recycled through us go over to our partner who extracts the hazardous chemicals from the glass and the glass then gets reused.
When electronics are broken down and sorted into there proper bins they are then sent out to a R2 or e-Steward downstream recycler. By sending sorted goods to a R2 or e-Steward the electronics are then broken down further.
